Preoperatively: Patient has significant upper lid excess skin giving her a tired appearance and obscuring her otherwise pretty eyes.

Postoperatively: Patient has a much more youthful appearance with less skin evident and also less fullness of her medial eyelid (fat removed from the medial compartment).
