Preoperatively: Patient can be seen with significant pseudoherniation of upper eyelid fat particularly seen when she looks up allowing the fat to further bulge.

Postoperatively: Patient has significantly improved smooth symmetry of the lower eyelids with no further bulging of lower lid fat and eyelids.
