Preoperatively: Patient is seen here with evidence of bulging of the lower eyelids giving the appearance of fullness of the lower eyelids and tired appearance.

Postoperatively: After the blepharoplasty the patient has a more youthful appearance with new softer junction of the cheek and lower eyelid subunit. She is very happy with her results.
