Lower Blepharoplasty:

Preoperative: Patient can be seen here with fullness of the lower eyelids caused by pseudoherniation of lower eyelid fat which gives an unnatural appearance to the kid face unit.

Postoperatively: Patient is only 3 weeks post operative from the lower blepharoplasty and can be seen with significant reduction in lower eyelid fullness. He will continue to improve as the swelling subsides but he is very happy with his results. No incisions were made on the skin surface leaving absolutely no scar.

Upper Blepharoplasty:

Preoperative: Patient can be seen with significant upper eyelid fullness clocking his peripheral vision and also causing a very tired appearance. He can also be seen with medial orbital fullness which is cause by pseudoherniation of his eyelid fat pocket.

Postoperatively: Patient can be seen with significant improvement both on side profile and head on. He has less skin of the upper eyelid and also less fullness helping give his a more youthful, less tired appearance.
