Preoperatively: This is a 43 year old Asian female who did not like the baggy appearance under her eyelids. She also did not like the excess skin of her upper eyelings yet wanted to maintain her Asian appearance.

Postoperatively: She has a lower lid transconjunctival blepharoplasty and a Asian upper blepharoplasty performed.
