Preoperatively: Patient can be seen here with significant issues. The right breast not only shows severe ptosis but also lateralization to the side with the right breast demonstrating ptosis with no lateralization. No two breasts are created equally as seen here.

Postoperatively: Patient is seen here approximately 8 weeks after surgery. She underwent a breast lift and a breast augmentation in in two staged procedure. This was done solely with a lollipop or vertical incision approach. She can be seen here with improved symmetry, cleavage, and also fullness. She is very happy at this time.
