Preoperatively: Patient can be seen here with evidence of asymmetry of both breasts as well as deflated appearance to the breasts after her pregnancies. She was seeking improvement in both the size as well as the asymmetry.

Postoperatively: Patient is seen after bilateral breast augmentation with Allergan Natrelle 345 cc SRF implants. Various techniques intraoperatively were also performed to help improve the asymmetry as well. She is seen here only we weeks postoperatively and very happy with her results at this time.
