Preoperatively: Patient can be seen with a bit of droopy appearance to her breasts and also lacking upper pole fullness which she was interested in.

Postoperatively: : Patient is seen here with 325 cc natrelle inspira SRF implants. As can be seen she has upper pole fullness and increased volume present. She had a inframammary approach subpectoral placement. She is very happy with her breast augmentation result nearly 2 years post-op now.
