Preoperatively: Patient was interested in improving both size of her breasts but more importantly on the deflated appearance that was present. She is very athletic and fit and over time lost breast fat and volume.

Postoperatively: Patient has a very natural appearance with no further deflation of the breasts present. She had a breast augmentation with a moderate profile gummy bear implant placed subpectoral with a no touch technique with the use of a Keller Funnel.
